Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Andromeda Credit, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 5331 West Schubert Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639, United States ("Andromeda", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Andromeda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Andromeda is

Andromeda is a software tool that provides credit education, analysis, and recommendations. We are not a credit repair organization, a lender, a bank, or a financial advisor, and we do not guarantee any specific credit outcome. Our recommendations are informational and you are responsible for your own financial decisions.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use Andromeda. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plans include a free trial as described at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Andromeda for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Early-stage disclaimer

Andromeda is an early-stage product provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Agencies and white-label partners

If you use Andromeda to serve your own clients (an "Agency"), you are solely responsible for complying with every law that applies to your services, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act, state credit services organization laws (registration, surety bond, written contract, and cancellation rights where required), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the consumer protection laws of each state where your clients live. Andromeda provides software only: it does not collect your clients' payments, does not perform services on your behalf, and the contract template it offers is a starting point that you must have reviewed by your own counsel before use.

As an Agency you agree not to guarantee any credit score change, approval, credit limit, or funding amount to anyone, and not to describe Andromeda or your services as credit repair. You will indemnify and hold Andromeda harmless from any claim arising from your services to your clients. We may suspend Agency accounts that breach this section.
