1. Who we are

Andromeda Credit Intelligence OS ("Andromeda", "we", "us") provides software that helps individuals understand and improve their credit profile. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account data: name and email, managed through our authentication provider (Auth0).
• Credit data: credit report and score information that you explicitly authorize us to access on your behalf.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you interact with the app, to improve the product.

We do not store your full Social Security Number. Where an identifier is required, we retain only the last four digits.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Decision Engine, generate recommendations, monitor your credit, send alerts you request, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Credit reports & the FCRA

We access your credit information only with your written consent, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will stop accessing new credit data.

5. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the service, including Auth0 (authentication), Stripe (payments), and our hosting providers (Vercel and Railway). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

6. Data retention & your choices

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by emailing support@andromedacredit.com.

7. Changes to this policy

As an early-stage product, our practices may change. We will update the date above when we make material changes.
